    • So long 2018!!! I can hardly believe the year is gone. So much to be thankful for. And of course never ending hope for what’s to come. 🎉🍾🎊🎆🎇
    • Because sometimes it’s a rough year... and as quick as we are to put it behind us, and move on to the next year... there is something to remembering all that you have overcome due to God’s provenance. Do not forget the strength and resounding faith he has manifested in you though struggle and suffering. #countyourblessings #begratefulalways
    • More from Christmas as I created this years color scheme and calligraphed tags. It was @loafboi’s favorite thing to read aloud the to/from names on Christmas Day! • • Shoutout thanks to @sugarpaperla again for knocking it out of the park again this year with the quality gift wrap!!
    • When your awesome niece asks for help making a croquembouche on Christmas Day..... you just have to say yes. What a beautiful experience this was, and I loved spending time with Sophia, teaching the art of spun sugar. We even had the added bonus of using my mother’s pâté à choux recipe!! Thanks @sarahkndjerareou for letting us make a mess in your kitchen!!!
    • As silly as it seems, I still love writing letters to Santa. Although my perspective is quite different as an adult. This year we are just plain grateful.... grateful to have jobs, grateful to get to celebrate with family, grateful for the friends around us who had beautiful healthy babies this year, grateful for our marriage turning 7, just so SO very grateful.... for the things that are currently in our life. • • This is a season that is extremely difficult for so many who have lost those they have loved. Know that you are in our hearts and prayers.
    • Nothing sparkles like an engagement ring during the holiday season! I had the pleasure of meeting this AH-mazing lady for coffee today and I have wanted to photograph her ring for YEARS! delighted to get the full #ringstory to share with you all! • • @sajocorn6’s Ring Story: “We were hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia. We knew we wanted to get married, but I had just met his family for the first time a few days earlier and we had only known each other for 5 months. I had no idea he had even bought a ring. It was raining and foggy when he pulled the ring from his pocket and asked me to be his wife. I was in complete shock. Shock because I didn’t know he even had a ring. And shock because this ring was HUGE. Matthew picked it out. I had nothing to do with it! I had showed him a few rings that I liked, and none of them looked anything like this one! In typical Matt fashion, he wanted to express his love to me in a big way with a big, beautiful, yet simple ring. All the rings I had showed him were significantly smaller. To be honest, I was a little annoyed that he bought one so big. But, 10 years into marriage, I could not be happier that he went rouge and bought the ring.
